About order

Orders can be placed by email or fax. Please provide the detailed description of your order in the email or fax. It would be great if your email address is available on the fax. For any query, please email us for a quotation before ordering.

PO numbers issued by your company / institution are acceptable. Orders placed in any form are considered to be duly authorized at Chempeptide and will form the basis of a contract between the customer and Chempeptide. A confirmation will be sent to the customer within 24 hours via email or fax once the order is accepted and defined by Chempeptide. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

About shipment

Synthesized peptides, custom antibodies and recombinant proteins will be shipped at room temperature as lyophilized powders. Ice bags and dry ices can be added to the package upon requested. Shipping fee and insurance (1% of total sales price) is paid by the customer. Unless unexpected cases happen, usually it takes 3-4 days for packages to be delivered.

About payment

Our products or services will be invoiced in US dollars. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card through PayPal. The payment term is net 30 days from receipt of invoice. For large orders, an advance payment would be requested.

Terms and Conditions

1. All sales of products and/or services by Chempeptide are subject to the customers acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.All Chempeptide's products and services are for research only and are not approved for human therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Therefore, Chempeptide will not be liable for any claims against Chempeptide's products that are misused in therapies or for diagnosis.

3. For custom antibody services, Chempeptide cannot guarantee to obtain antibodies against a specific antigen provided by customers. Should this happen, Chempeptide will not be liable for the loss of the antigen. Chempeptide, however, will inform customers as early as possible should problems arise so that customers can terminate the project at an early stage.

4. You will be deemed to have assented to our terms and conditions unless you return the goods to us within 15 days after receipt of the goods. Notification of damage, shortages or defects should be given immediately by e-mail or fax. Chempeptide will ensure all products meet agreed specifications prior to shipment. However, if products are unsatisfactory, Chempeptide will replace the products or refund the customer providing that the customer notifies Chempeptide within 10 days of receiving the product.

5. Chempeptide will take reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

6. Contracts and agreements with Chempeptide will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law. The Chinese courts will deal with any dispute which may arise from the contract or agreement between a customer and Chempeptide.

7. Chempeptide reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
