Polyclonal Antibody Services  

Chempeptide offers a full range of services for both polyclonal and monoclonal antibody development and production. Our custom antibodies can be generated against customer-supplied antigens or against peptides synthesized and conjugated by us. Our scientists have the knowledge and experience in antigen design, antibody production, purification and isolation, etc., which allows us to produce high-affinity, titer guaranteed and customer-satisfied antibodies.

GPAB03 - Complete anti-peptide pAb package: USD600.00 (10 - 11 weeks)

1. Peptide Design and Synthesis
• Antigen design
• Peptide synthesis (up to 15 aa and purity>85%; $8.0 for each additional residue)
• A Cys will be added to either end of the peptide for conjugation
2. Conjugation
• Conjugate the peptide to a carrier protein (KLH, BSA, OVA or others)
3. Immunization & Anti-Sera Production
• The conjugated peptide is used to immunize 2 rabbits (or 5 mice) every two weeks
• Anti-Sera collection and purification
4. We delivered:
• 5-10 mg of un-conjugated peptide
• 2 ml of pre-immune serum from each rabbit (or 20-50 ul from each mouse)
• 40~60 ml anti-sera purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation method
• ELISA results(>1:15,000) and product report

GPAB02 - Customer supplied antigen standard package: USD500.00 (9 - 10 weeks)

The package is same as GPAB03 except that customer providers the synthetic peptide. We do conjugation and immunization.

GPAB04 - Phospho-specific pAb package: USD1,500.00 (11 - 13 weeks)

1. Peptide Design and Synthesis
• Peptide design
• Peptide synthesis (up to 15 aa, 20 mg): a phosphorylated peptide (purity >90%) and a non-phosphorylated peptide (purity >75%) are synthesized.
• A Cys will be added to either end of the modified peptide for conjugation
2. Conjugation
• Conjugate the phosphorylated peptide to a carrier protein (KLH, BSA, OVA or others)
3. Immunization & Anti-Sera Production
• The conjugated peptide is used to immunize 2 rabbits (or 5 mice) every two weeks
• Anti-Sera collection and purification
Antibody purification by two affinity columns: phospho and non-phospho peptides. The purified antibody is highly specific. It only recognizes phosphorylated site.affinity column.
4.  We delivered:
• 5-10 mg of phosphorylated (unconjugated) and non-phosphorylated peptide respectively
• 2 ml of pre-immune serum from each rabbit (or 20-50 ul from each mouse)
• Affinity purified anti-phospho-peptide specific antibody that only react s with phosphorylated site
• ELISA results(>1:15,000) and product report

GPAB05 - Site specific pAb package: USD1,500.00 (11 - 13 weeks)

Other site-specific antibodies are also available, such as methylation, acetylation, sulfoxide etc. The development strategy is similar to phospho-specific pAb package (see GPAB04).
